Introducing Laurence Lucas, Commercial Property Partner here at Tayntons.

Laurence is joining Tayntons with a wealth of experience and knowledge within Commercial Property, having specialised in this area of Law since 2000. He has lived in Gloucester for over 20 years and is a Governor at High School for Girls in Denmark Road.

“Tayntons has the advantages of being local and offering the same level of expertise as other firms in the region.” Laurence will be an integral part of expanding our commercial department and ensuring that Tayntons remain a leading Solicitors’ practice in the heart of Gloucester.

Laurence’s specialties include; Landlord and Tenant (representing tenants as well as landlords), Freehold Acquisitions and Disposals, Commercial and Residential Development (including promotion/option agreements and overage), Refinancing and Property work for Charities.
