Family Solicitor – Private Family

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Family Solicitor to join our dynamic legal team.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in private family, divorce, finances and private children. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and positive. You must be able to build lasting relationships with colleagues, clients and all those you engage with. With a minimum of 4 years PQE is desirable with a track record of handling a varied caseload.

Main Responsibilities
• Initial consultations and client triage where required;
• Preparation of Court applications and trial bundles;
• Ongoing case management;
• Advocacy at Court;
• Client relationship management;
• To work within a team to develop the department
• Mediation and Negotiation on contested matters;
• Networking and business development for contentious work flows;
• Reviewing and managing WIP and client financing in relation to ongoing matters;
• To assist the department to achieve fees to meet monthly and year end targets;
• Attend team meetings and courses where appropriate;
• Keep files well organised and property updated in accordance with the firm’s policies
