Audio Secretary/Administrator – Family Team
The Audio Secretary/Administrator will provide high level administrative and audio secretarial support to the Family Solicitors.
• Support the fee earners within the team;
• Prepare and send out details by email and post, documents to a high standard
• Preparation of Court applications and trial bundles;
• Open files and keep files electronic and up to date
• Ongoing support of case management;
• Client relationship management;
• To work within a team to develop the department
• To assist the department to achieve fees to meet monthly and year end targets;
• Attend team meetings and courses where appropriate;
• Keep files well organised and property updated in accordance with the firm’s policies
• Record phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate. Actioning to ensure response to calls, where necessary;
• Compliance with Company standards and procedures.
• To use DPS for all emails, letters, reports and correspondence and ensure other team members use it correctly;
The job will require someone who has a proven record of accomplishment in organising their own personal workload and responsibilities; the ability to determine priorities and consistently meet deadlines. The successful candidate is likely to have exemplary administration skills.
